What size do I order?  Do your sizes run big or small?

It is very important that you measure your child.  We can help you measure him or her correctly to ensure a proper fit.  Please remember that custom clothing is not returnable.  Alterations are available.  The cost for alterations does vary.

Do you accept e-checks?

Yes!  Please remember that we do not get paid until your check clears.  As a result, we can not start orders until your check clears.  If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend paying with a credit card.

I need my order in a hurry.  Can it be rushed?

Yes!  For a fee, orders can be rushed.  The rush order fee applies to each item that you order.

The time needed to process your order is noted below.  If you need your order sooner, please verify with us before ordering.

Standard processing
Outfits ship in 3 to 4 weeks + delivery
Everything else ships in 14 calendar days + delivery

Delivery is 2 days for Express Mail (guaranteed by the USPS) and 4 days for Priority Mail (not guaranteed by USPS).  These days are postal work days excluding Sundays and postal holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday.  If you purchase something on a weekend, round your ship date to the next business day.  For example, a hat purchased on Saturday, January 1st will ship no later than Monday, January 17th (standard processing of 14 days).

How are orders processed?

All orders are possessed in order.  Only rush orders take cuts in line.  In order to be fair to everyone, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you need your order in less time than is stated for your item, you must place a rush order.  OTHERWISE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO THE TIME FRAME BELOW!

Will my personal information be forwarded to a 3rd party?

Your personal information will not be shared with a third party!  For your protection, our system does not keep credit card information for future use!

Can I change my order?

Requests for a change to your order must be done within 48 hours for regular order and within 12 hours for rush orders.  We have the right to deny your request if we have begun processing your order.

Is my order returnable?

No.  Every item is custom made to your specifications.  Defective items will be replaced with the exact item that you order (same size, style, colors, etc.).

Will my item look just like the picture?

Yes!  Unless, you instruct us to change something.  Please remember that actual colors can vary slightly.  There are variations in monitor colors as well as dye lots from the manufacturer.  We try our best to match ribbons, trim, fabric and thread colors.  However, it is impossible for them to match perfectly.

Is marabou trim difficult to care for?

No.  Clothing with marabou trim is machine washable on the delicate cycle.  When you remove the item from the washer, dry the marabou with a hair dryer (about 3 minutes).  Let the item air dry.  Use a cool iron to remove any wrinkles.
